You can watch the videos anytime at your own pace. With phone, tablet or computer so long as you have internet access. You can also watch them as many times as you like and pause when you need to.

Can I ask questions or get feedback?

Yes. There is a group comments section in each course where you can ask questions, upload you painting for feedback or make comments. Make sure you join the group to meet other passionate pastel painters.

Do I need particular equipment or materials?

Each course has a recommended materials list. If you have used pastel before and have your own feel free to substitute wherever you like. If you are a beginner it is better to go with the suggested materials especially when doing any underpainting. Any questions just ask.

Do I have to join the Discussion Group

No, it is only if you want to. I recommend it as the discussion group is a place to share with other students your questions or comments about the course. A lot of learning comes from others sharing their questions. I am there to reply to any questions or give critiques if asked. It is a private group so only those in the course will see what you are posting and how I am replying.
